For example: I am the founder of my school’s Frisbee Club, a member of the Jewish Student Union, and I play the saxophone in a jazz band. Outside of school, I am the goalie on my club soccer team, The Power Kickers. On the weekends, I enjoy playing Settlers of Catan with my friends and going for walks with my dog. At Camp Ramah in 2019, I was awarded the title of "Strawberry King" when I ate 88 strawberries in under a minute. For my Bar Mitzvah project, I began volunteering every Thursday at the local Boys & Girls club. I valued my relationship with my "little" brother, MJ, so much that I have continued to volunteer every Thursday, even after my Bar Mitzvah project was completed. I really love Rom-Com movies and hope to one day be a Hollywood director.

What excites you most about the opportunity to become a Diller Teen Fellow?*

Diller Teen Fellows meets once-to-twice a month on Sundays, three times a year for a Friday-Sunday weekend retreat (shabbaton), there is a week of hosting an Israeli Fellow before Passover, and a 3-week trip to Israel in July. All programming is mandatory. What other commitments have you made that could potentially conflict with this program? Please include approximate time per week/month.*
