Diller Teen Fellows Application (2020-2021)

Application Requirements

A complete application includes:

  • All required fields completed
  • A recent picture of yourself to be uploaded in the application
  • A 60-second video to be included in the application
  • An interview: We will contact you around a date
  • 2 Online Recommendations, one from a friend (link here) and one from a teacher/mentor (link here), to be completed by May 25

Please note that an incomplete application may result in disqualification from the application process. Your application is only complete once you press "SUBMIT".

After the application is complete, you will be contacted regarding your requested date of interview.

Before you begin:

  • The application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
  • You will be asked to upload a recent photo of yourself (the photo cannot contain anyone else - just you - and should be no older than one year).
  • We strongly recommend you complete the application in one session. However, if necessary, you are able to save what you have done and complete the form at a later time using the "Save Answers and Resume Later" button at the bottom of each page. Please note that if you choose this option, you will need to enter your email address so that our system can send you a personalized link to complete your application at a later time. Please ensure you enter a valid email address as for security reasons there is no way to retrieve the link at a later time and you will have to restart the application process.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when you submit your application to confirm that it has been received by our office. If you do not receive this email, please contact Sophia adler at teens@jccgb.org or (617) 558-6512.
